The Country of Texas

Whether Democrat or Republican, this will affect you if Obama is voted in for a 2nd term. Life will change. Vote wisely!

The Country of Texas ~

Please note that Texas is the only state with a legal right to secede from the Union. (Reference the Texas-American Annexation Treaty of 1848.) http://sherrytexas.wordpress.com/2009/03/16/texas-american-annexation-treaty-of-1848/

We Texans love y’all, but we’ll probably have to take action if Barack Obama wins the election. We’ll miss you too.

Here is what can happen:

1: Barack Hussein Obama is President of the United States, and Texas secedes from the Union in summer of 2013.

2: George W. Bush will become the President of the Republic of Texas. You might not think that he talks too pretty, but we haven’t had another terrorist attack, and the economy was fine until the effects of the Democrats lowering the qualifications for home loans came to roost.

So what does Texas have to do to survive as a Republic?

1. NASA is just south of Houston, Texas. We will control the space industry.

2. We refine over 85% of the gasoline in the United States.

3. Defense Industry–we have over 65% of it. The term “Don’t mess with Texas,” will take on a whole new meaning.

4. Oil – we can supply all the oil that the Republic of Texas will need for the next 300 years. What will the other states do? Gee, we don’t know. Why not ask Obama?

5. Natural Gas – again we have all we need, and it’s too bad about those Northern States. John Kerry and Al Gore will have to figure out a way to keep them warm.

6. Computer Industry – we lead the nation in producing computer chips and communications equipment -small companies like Texas Instruments, Dell Computer, EDS, Raytheon, National Semiconductor, Motorola, Intel, AMD, Atmel, Applied Materials, Ball Microconductor, Dallas Semiconductor, Nortel, Alcatel, etc, etc. The list goes on and on.

7. Medical Care – We have the research centers for cancer research, the best burn centers and the top trauma units in the world, as well as other large health centers. The Houston Medical Center alone employees over 65,000 people.

8. We have enough colleges to keep us getting smarter: University of Texas, Texas A&M, Texas Tech, Texas Christian, Rice, SMU, University of Dallas, University of Houston, Baylor, UNT (University of North Texas), Texas Women’s University, etc. Ivy grows better in the South anyway.

9. We have an intelligent and energetic work force, and it isn’t restricted by a bunch of unions. Here in Texas , it’s a Right to Work State and, therefore, it’s every man and women for themselves. We just go out and get the job done. And if we don’t like the way one company operates, we get a job somewhere else.

10. We have essential control of the paper, plastics, and insurance industries, etc.

11. In case of a foreign invasion, we have the Texas National Guard, the Texas Air National Guard, and several military bases. We don’t have an Army, but since everybody down here has at least six rifles and a pile of ammo, we can raise an Army in 24 hours if we need one. If the situation really gets bad, we can always call the Department of Public Safety and ask them to send over the Texas Rangers.

12. We are totally self-sufficient in beef, poultry, hogs, and several types of grain, fruit and vegetables, and let’s not forget seafood from the Gulf. Also, everybody down here knows how to cook them so that they taste good. Don’t need any food.

13. Three of the ten largest cities in the United States, and twenty- three of the 100 largest cities in the United States , are located in Texas. And Texas also has more land than California, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Maryland, Rhode Island and Vermont combined.

14. Trade: Three of the ten largest ports in the United States are located in Texas .

15. We also manufacture cars down here, but we don’t need to. You see, nothing rusts in Texas , so our vehicles stay beautiful and run well for decades.

This just names a few of the items that will keep the Republic of Texas in good shape. There isn’t a thing out there that we need and don’t have.

Now to the rest of the United States under President Obama: Since you won’t have the refineries to get gas for your cars, only President Obama will be able to drive around in his big 5 mpg SUV. The rest of the United States will have to walk or ride bikes.

You won’t have any TV as the Space Center in Houston will cut off satellite communications. You won’t have any natural gas to heat your homes, but since Mr. Obama has predicted global warming, you will not need the gas as long as you survive the 2000 years it will take to get enough heat from Global Warming.

Signed,
The People of Texas

P.S. This is not a threatening letter – just a note to give you something to think about!

SLEEP WELL TONIGHT – THE EYES OF TEXAS ARE UPON YOU!!

In NOV, the choice is clear and simple: 0bama or America!

I stand by my personal belief that the foundation of the American way of life is made of two primary elements: individual freedom and individual responsibility. Barack Obama is trying to eliminate both. I hope you will join me in strongly supporting Mitt Romney for President of the United States !

DO YOU REMEMBER JANUARY 3, 2007?

Isn’t this really something.
Some people have short memories..
DOYOU REMEMBER JANUARY 3, 2007?

Ive been saying this for years, but this email probably explains it

better and more clearly. This is NOT a political message, but rather

a clarification to remind us all of the correct facts.

Remember that on October 9, 2007, 11 months before our economic

crisis occurred (that was actually created), the Dow hit its highest

point ever, closing at 14,164.53 and reaching 14,198.10 intra-day

level 2 days later. Unemployment was steady at 4.7%. But things
were

already being put in place to create the havoc weve all been experiencing since then. And
it all started, as this email explains,onJanuary 3,
2
007.

I’m sending this to each of you regardless of your party preferences

because I believe it is something you may not have considered.

This tells the story, why Bush was so bad at the end of his term.

Don’t just skim over this, it’s not very long, read it slowly and let

it sink in. If in doubt, check it out!!!

The day the Democrats took over was not January 22nd 2009, it was

actually January 3rd 2007, which was the day the Democrats took over

the House of Representatives and the Senate, at the very start of the

110th Congress.

The Democrat Party controlled a majority in both chambers for the

first time since the end of the 103rd Congress in 1995.

For those who are listening to the liberals propagating the fallacy

that everything is “Bush’s Fault”, think about this: January 3rd, 2007

was the day the Democrats took over the Senate and the Congress.

At the time:

The DOW Jones closed at 12,621.77

The GDP for the previous quarter was 3.5%

The Unemployment rate was 4.6%

George Bush’s Economic policies SET A RECORD of 52 STRAIGHT MONTHS of JOB GROWTH

Remember the day…

January 3rd, 2007 was the day that Barney Frank took over the House

Financial Services Committee and Chris Dodd took over the Senate

Banking Committee. The economic meltdown that happened 15 months

later was in what part of the economy? BANKING AND FINANCIAL SERVICES!

Unemployment… to this CRISIS by (among MANY other things) dumping

5-6 TRILLION Dollars of toxic loans on the economy from YOUR Fannie

Mae and Freddie Mac FIASCOES!

Bush asked Congress 17 TIMES to stop Fannie & Freddie – starting in

2001 because it was financially risky for theUS economy.

And who took the THIRD highest pay-off from Fannie Mae AND FreddieMac?

OBAMA And who fought against reform of Fannie and Freddie? OBAMA and the Democrat Congress.

So when someone tries to blame Bush. REMEMBER JANUARY 3rd, 2007….

THE DAY THE DEMOCRATS TOOK OVER!”

Budgets do not come from the White House. They come from Congress and

the party that controlled Congress since January 2007 is the Democrat Party.

Furthermore, the Democrats controlled the budget process for 2008 & 2009 as well as 2010 & 2011.

In that first year, they had to contend with George Bush, which causedthem to compromise

on spending, when Bush somewhat belatedly got toughon spending increases.

For 2009 though, Nancy Pelosi & Harry Reid bypassed George Bush

entirely, passing continuing resolutions to keep government running

until Barack Obama could take office. At that time, they passed a

massive omnibus spending bill to complete the 2009 budgets.

And where was Barack Obama during this time? He was a member of that

very Congress that passed all of these massive spending bills, and he

signed the omnibus bill as President to complete 2009.

If the Democrats inherited any deficit, it was the 2007 deficit, the

last of the Republican budgets. That deficit was the lowest in five

years, and the fourth straight decline in deficit spending. After

that, Democrats in Congress took control of spending, and that

includes Barack Obama, who voted for the budgets.

If Obama inherited anything, he inherited it from himself. In a

nutshell, what Obama is saying is I inherited a deficit that I voted

for and then I voted to expand that deficit four-fold since

January 20th.

There is no way this will be widely publicized, unless each of us shares it !
PLEASE DO YOUR PART !!!
